Privacy Policy
What LLCSI collects through this website, why, how long it is kept, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Effective
Scope
This policy covers the LLCSI corporate website at https://llcsi.com. It does not cover LLCSI software products, which have their own terms and privacy documentation published with the product.
The corporate website is operated separately from any LLCSI product backend. It has no access to product accounts, marketplace credentials, or customer data held by an LLCSI product.
Information We Collect
We collect only what you choose to submit through a form on this website. There is no account system, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
- Project inquiry form: your name, business email, company, project type and stage, your message, and any optional details you provide such as phone, website, industry, company size, expected users, timeline, budget range, existing systems, and preferred contact method.
- Product update form: your email address, and optionally a first name, business type, approximate number of active listings, and number of eBay stores.
- Support form: your name, email address, the topic, and the description you provide.
- Careers form: your name, email address, area of interest, any links you share, and what you write about your work.
- Technical request data: our hosting provider processes standard server request information, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention. IP addresses are used transiently for rate limiting and are not stored with your submission.
How We Use It
We do not use submitted information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it. Submitting a project inquiry does not add you to any mailing list.
- To respond to your inquiry, support request, or expression of interest.
- To send SellerHint product news, if you specifically asked for it.
- To keep the site working and to prevent automated abuse of the forms.
Legal Basis
Where the GDPR or a comparable law applies, we rely on your consent for product update emails, and on legitimate interests for responding to inquiries you send us and for protecting the website from abuse.
You can withdraw consent for product update emails at any time, either through the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
Third-Party Processors
The website relies on a small number of service providers. Each is used for a specific purpose, and none receives information for its own marketing.
- Web hosting: our hosting provider serves the website and processes standard request data, including IP address, in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
- Email: form submissions are delivered to a monitored LLCSI mailbox by our hosting provider’s mail service. Your message is not passed to any third-party marketing or CRM platform.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: a privacy-preserving bot check on the forms. It distinguishes people from automated submissions and is not used to track visitors across sites.
- No other processor receives information submitted through this website. If that changes, this list is updated before the change takes effect.
Analytics
The website ships with no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no cross-site tracking.
If privacy-conscious analytics are added in future, they will measure aggregate page and interaction counts only. Names, email addresses, company names, and message content are never included in analytics events, and this policy will be updated before any such change takes effect.
Retention
You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
- Project inquiries and support requests: retained for up to 24 months from our last correspondence, so we can pick up a conversation you return to.
- Product update subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details.
- Careers expressions of interest: retained for future consideration until you ask us to delete them.
- Rate-limiting data: transient and not retained beyond the short window it applies to.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive it in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email support@llcsi.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you believe we have handled your information improperly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we design and review these forms with that intent.
- The website is served over HTTPS only.
- Form submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server.
- Credentials and provider keys are held in server-side configuration and are never included in code sent to your browser.
- We collect the minimum information the form needs, and we ask you not to send credentials, payment details, or customer records through any form on this site.
Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes to how information is used will be described here rather than made quietly.
